There are many ways you can support the Orangeville Public Library and make a difference in your community. We thank you very much for your support.

Donations

• Your donation will be used to enhance the collection, fund special equipment and support special events
• You can make your donation online, in person or by mail
• A tax receipt can be issued for donations of $25 or more

Gifts in Honour or in Memory

• Celebrate a milestone or honour the memory of someone you love by giving a gift to the library
• We send an acknowledgement to the honouree or family to let them know you are thinking of them

Book donation

We do accept donations but ask that they be recently published and in very good condition. We do not accept magazines, encyclopedias or other reference type books like textbooks. We have limited space to keep donations so if we can't use them in our collection, we sell them in our book sales or distribute them through various charities.

Volunteer your time

We welcome adults to join the Friends of the Library or become a Homebound Delivery Service volunteer.

High school students can join the Teen Advisory Group to earn community service hours.
