Exam Proctoring

Orangeville Public Library supports distance education and lifelong learning by offering a proctoring service for students of all ages.

Please read the guidelines below before you schedule your exam.

Guidelines

Exams are proctored during regular business hours.

Proctors will not remain with the student in the same room but will check on students periodically.

The library cannot accommodate an exam that requires the downloading of software onto a library computer.

There is no charge for Orangeville Public Library cardholders. How to get a library card.

The service is available to non-residents for a fee of $40 + HST ($45.20). Students need to pay the fee prior to taking the exam.

A $25.00 cancellation fee applies to rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice.

The student is responsible for return courier charges or postage if the school does not provide it.

Your exam should be booked three weeks in advance.
