The Mill Street Library has two meeting rooms that are available to rent for individuals and organizations.

The meeting room seats up to 60 people theatre-style and up to 40 people workshop-style. For-Profit Rate: $40 per hour + HST Non-Profit Rate: $15 per hour + HST The rental rate includes equipment such as tables and chairs, a podium and a wall mounted LCD Projector. Renters are responsible for set-up and take down of the furniture. Room Capacity: 60 |
Boardroom |
Boardroom with table and chairs suitable for small group meetings. For-Profit Rate: $25 per hour + HST Non-Profit Rate: $10 per hour + HST Room Capacity: 12 |
Please review the Room Rental Agreement and Room Rental Policy prior to making a reservation. Renters can bring in their own refreshments and supplies. Rooms are not available for private functions (e.g., birthday parties, wedding showers etc.).
We accept payment by cash, debit or cheque (payable to Orangeville Public Library).
You can book a room up to 90 days in advance of the rental date. The two rooms are available seven days a week during library open hours.
Library programs take priority for bookings at all times.
