The Library offers a variety of free programs to help foster a love of literacy and lifelong learning for kids of all ages and families. Most programs are drop-in and are offered throughout the year on a seasonal basis in addition to special events.

Every Child Ready to Read Babies |
|
An early literacy storytime that gives kids a jump-start to a love of reading. Interactive activities like talking, singing, reading and playing for babies up to eighteen months. Drop-in to this program on Wednesdays, 1 p.m. at Mill and Fridays, 10:30 a.m. at Alder. The fall session runs from September 11 to November 29. No registration is required. Take part in songs, stories and rhymes for kids five and under. This fun, hands on program gives parents ideas and activities to help engage kids in reading and learning. Drop-in to this program on Tuesdays (10:30 a.m. at Alder) and Thursdays (10:30 a.m. at Mill). The fall session runs from September 10 to November 28. No registration is required. Adventures in the Park with EarlyON |
|
Join us on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with our friends from EarlyON Dufferin, for an adventure in the park. The program is at Princess of Wales Park, 2 Saxon St., Orangeville for the Fall. Check our Event Calendar for upcoming dates and times. |
